Delete Your Predikt Account

We're sorry to see you go. Follow the steps below to request deletion of your Predikt account and associated data.

How to Delete Your Account

Option 1: In-App (Recommended)

  1. Open the Predikt app
  2. Tap the Account icon (top right)
  3. Scroll down and tap "Delete Account"
  4. Confirm your decision
  5. Your account will be deleted within 24 hours

Option 2: Email Request

Send an email to support@predikt.app with:

We will process your request within 7 business days.

What Data is Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:

Account credentials ✅ Yes
User ID ✅ Yes
Subscription status ✅ Yes
Promo code redemptions ✅ Yes

What Data is Retained

Data Type Retention Period Reason
Payment receipts 7 years Legal/tax compliance
Commission records 7 years Financial records

Note: Payment receipts are stored by Apple/Google, not Predikt. To delete payment history, contact Apple or Google directly.

Important Notes

⚠️ Subscriptions: Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription. Please cancel your subscription through the App Store or Google Play before deleting your account.

💰 Refunds: Account deletion does not entitle you to a refund. See Apple/Google refund policies.

🚫 Irreversible: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data will be lost.
